Why the workshop – reference to David’s work.
The presentation and facilitated workshop should be attended by the lead officer and other key stakeholders (officers and/or external partners as appropriate). It is recommended that the team familiarises themselves with the IST and the topic guidance prior to the workshop, however it is not essential as a full guidance presentation on the key topics is given. The process for this is set out below.
